Temporary Bookkeeper

St. Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church is seeking to hire a bookkeeper at 30 hours a week on a temporary basis for the next 2-3 months.

This position maintains the business functions of the Parish pertaining to financial management, internal controls, bookkeeping, payroll, insurance, human resources and collaboration on other projects ensuring that we are in compliance with Diocesan regulations, the Canons of the Episcopal Church and the Internal Revenue Service.

The Business Administrator will work regularly scheduled hours onsite during normal business hours (Monday-Thursday 9a-3pm). The Business Administrator reports to the Rector and works closely with the Treasurer and the Director of the Day School and other ministry leaders. It is the goal of the Parish to cultivate and maintain a culture of transparency and accuracy.

Assistant Teacher

All Angels Episcopal Day School (AAEDS) is a non-profit, 5-Star Focus Program that offers NM PreK and NM Early PreK. The assistant teacher, working under the supervision of the lead teacher and the program director, is primarily responsible for assisting in implementing and maintaining an early childhood education program in the classroom that is consistent with the philosophy and policies of All Angels
